The three-day Resilient California Summit in Sacramento will gather California's climate adaptation and resilience practitioners to share best practices and crucial information to inform climate science, policy, and action. They anticipate broad participation from local and state government, Tribal partners, community organizations, utilities, private firms, and academia. Presentations will feature new research findings produced through California's Fifth Climate Change Assessment, innovative resilient projects, and discussions about long-range goals.
The Summit is being organized by the Governor’s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation, Climate Resolve, and Farallon Strategies – with core support from the David & Lucile Packard Foundation, Resources Legacy Fund, and Resilient Cities Catalyst.
