The Climate Adaption Equity Workshop will consider potential refinements to the existing CPUC requirements to improve prioritization of equity considerations in the large investor-owned utilities’ (IOUs) Climate Adaptation Vulnerability Assessments (CAVA). This workshop will engage a broad range of stakeholders to inform refined requirements for developing measurable criteria and metrics as well as refined community engagement processes, as outlined in Task 2 of the Climate Adaptation proceeding, Phase II Scoping Memo.

The input provided in this workshop is expected to inform a future CPUC staff proposal and Commission decision.
