Teaching for Tomorrow: Educators Designing Climate Learning for LA’s Future

  • The Ebell of Los Angeles 743 S Lucerne Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90005 (map)

Teaching for Tomorrow is a hands-on gathering created for K–12 educators to share skills, exchange ideas, and design new approaches for bringing climate learning to the classroom.

Throughout the day, teachers will collaborate with peers to explore creative teaching practices, workshop lesson ideas, and co-create resources that connect climate literacy with real-world action. The focus is on practical, classroom-ready outcomes—whether that means new projects, activities, or partnerships that strengthen how students understand and engage with climate solutions.

Hosted as part of the momentum building toward LA Climate Week 2026, this event gives teachers a unique chance to help shape how classrooms across Los Angeles can connect to a larger, citywide movement for climate action and community resilience.
