The U.S. Regulatory Landscape for Climate Biotech

Connecting Genetics to Climate is hosting a Zoom dialogue with guests from the FDA, EPA, and USDA to discuss the current state of the U.S. regulatory landscape for biotechnologies with climate and environment applications (i.e. climate biotech). We'll hear from regulators about how they manage the wide range of issues (such as organism type, applications, method of genetic modifications, issues of environmental release, ecosystems and monitoring) that impact whether and how a biotechnology is regulated under existing U.S. product laws.
