One of the main policies discussed during the stakeholder process was the benchmarking of a building’s energy and water usage using the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) tool Portfolio Manager. The EPA, along with the City and Department of Water and Power, will be hosting a free Portfolio Manager benchmarking training on Tuesday, June 2nd.
