Mika Kim is the Founder & Chief Happiness Officer at Place of the Future, a collaborative, triple top line social enterprise with the mission to merge work and life to transform our future to belong to the happy. Place of the Future is a new workplace consultancy based in Los Angeles that specialize in worker happiness and the creator of the "3 Step Signature (W)Happ Process" to help companies and organizations: 1) Define, 2) Measure and 3) Act to embed worker happiness into their culture that encapsulates their core values for an engaged workforce. Beginning this year, Mika will be serving a two year term as a newly elected public office position as an Area Director of a Neighborhood Council in Los Angeles with the commitment to improve the quality of life of the residents, property/business owners and community stakeholders. She is also the contributing guest bloggers for Delivering Happiness (DH), a movement started by Zappos.com, inspiring people from 3,500 cities across 125 countries.
