In the first half of the meeting, members will have a chance to share their top sustainability project with the group. In the second half, we will hear best practices and new research from practitioners and academics working in and researching the LA region.

Dr. Kalam Cheung, Program Supervisor for Policy/Climate/Energy/Incentives, South Coast Air Quality Management District, will speak about the upcoming Air Quality Management Plan (AQMP) and other ongoing efforts to reduce emissions.
Panama Bartholomy, Director, Building Decarbonization Coalition, will cover building electrification policies and projects are being implemented and built across California. Panama will talk about why they are happening, what policies are coming and what it means for development in the LA-area.
