Bill McDonnell, Senior Resource Specialist for the Metropolitan Water District (MWD), will address supply and conservation strategies and financial opportunities resulting from water use reduction programs. Bill has been the MWD point man for water rebate programs of various kinds across the Southland and will share his insights on lessons learned and his views of future programs. A round table discussion of the presentation will follow with an emphasis on actionable take-aways for best practices and programs for water conservation in the semi-arid zone called the San Gabriel Valley.
